I didn’t make a graceful entry into adulthood. I entered making many mistakes, learning from experience as I went along. As time went on, I connected my environment with my mistakes. If I wanted to make better choices, I needed to lose some baggage (thoughts, relationships, friendships) that wasn’t serving my purpose. Since I wasn’t sure what to let go, I decided to best course of action was to be willing to let it all go, and see what stays.
